Landscaper
This position requires several years of experience or equivalent education in landscape maintenance. Commercial experience required. Driver's license required.

We are looking for an eager, motivated, responsible individual, with a good work ethic, and a desire to perform landscaping. Key abilities for this position are:

• Have knowledge of landscaping practices
• Familiar with landscape equipment and small engines
• Ability to operate most types of landscaping equipment associated with annual landscape maintenance such as, but not limited to: weed trimmers, shrub trimmers, backpack blowers, push and ride-on mowers
• Self-motivated
• Must have the ability to read written instructions and follow verbal instructions
• Must have the ability to adapt and change throughout the day as the jobs and tempo change
• Must work well with others
• Must have your own reliable transportation
• Must be accountable for self-conduct and equipment assigned
• Experience at operating and maintaining Walker brand mowers - a plus
• Ability to correctly identify multiple shrubs - a plus
• Ability to trim shrubs and small trees well - a plus
• Experience with hardscapes such as patios, walkways, walls - a plus
• Small-engine mechanic skills - a plus
• Pesticide applicator's license - a plus

All positions require the candidates to be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects. The starting rate will be adjusted accordingly if the employee performs well.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Landscape Maintenance: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• DOT physical card (Preferred)
